"This was our first EP, so we wanted to make sure it was something we were proud of. That meant stepping out of the shadows of the bands we looked up to and trying to create something a bit more 'us'. We were only 17 or so, so we had a lot to learn, but we were proud of the direction that 'Since Day One' took us."
- Jayson Evans (Vocals, Guitars)
All songs written and performed by Jayson Evans (Guitars, Vocals & Keyboards), Luke Dixon (Bass) and John Sinclair (Drums).
All lyrics by Jayson Evans and Luke Dixon, except for verses in 'Nothing Seems Right', which were written by Troy Sinclair.
Recorded & Mixed by Pete Delahunty at Full Steam Studios. Mastered by Matthew Gray at Matthew Gray Mastering.

The EP was nearly called 'Hang Out With Your Wang Out' but was later changed to 'Since Day One' as a reference to the band's beginnings.
Jayson wrote 'What Goes Unsaid' in his sleep, literally! He had a dream that the band performed the song at Big Day Out then woke up, notated the song and recorded it the next day.
